The training of the commercial department of the AMAKS network has been completed at the AMAKS Park Hotel Tambov. Teams from Rostov, Voronezh, Vladimir, Tolyatti, Novgorod, Ryazan, Azov and, of course, Tambov took part in it.
On the first day, we studied sales techniques, a loyalty program, and methods for dealing with conflicts both with guests and within the team. In the evening we took a walk around the city. Night illumination makes the city Magical.

And the third day was completely devoted to traveling. We took an excursion to the Aseev House Museum and the beautiful places of the city center, and took a walk along the eco-trail near the hotel.. The route past Svyatovsky Lake was as much as 10 km through a beautiful forest.
