Is it possible to stay in a hotel with pets?
Yes, if the animal is small (does not exceed 40 cm at the withers and does not weigh more than 10 kg). The cost of placing a pet is 1,500 rubles per day. We would like to draw your attention to the need to comply with the following rules:
- The animal must have a certificate from a veterinarian with a note about vaccinations.
- You must bring a special cage, toilet, feeding utensils, muzzle and leash (for dogs).
- Pets are allowed in designated areas (outside the hotel).
- Pets are not allowed in the restaurant and other common areas.
- Do not leave pets unattended, wash rooms in the showers, use towels, sheets and other bedding belonging to the hotel, as well as comb the animals in the rooms.
The hotel administration reserves the right to require a guest staying with a pet to leave the hotel in case of aggressive, inappropriate, noisy behavior of the pet.
Is there an iron in the rooms?
Ironing stations are available in all superior rooms, as well as ironing rooms located on the 1st floor near the dressing room, and on the 2nd and 4th floors at the end of the corridor.
Are there kettles in the rooms?
Tea stations are available in individual Studio rooms, as well as in all Comfort rooms.
In addition, purifiers with hot and cold water are located on each floor of the hotel at the beginning and end of the corridor, which guests can use free of charge at any time of the day.
You can also rent a kettle for the duration of your stay.
Are there air conditioners in the rooms?
Air conditioners are installed in all room categories.
There are air conditioners in Standard AMAKS, Business AMAKS, Standard Single and Business Double rooms, as well as in all superior rooms.
There are no air conditioners in the Economy rooms, as well as the standard double room.

How to get to the hotel from the airport
From the Airport stop by bus (or minibus) No. 144, 144P to the Moskovskaya stop along Sovetskaya Street, transfer to the Moskovskaya stop along Moskovskaya Street by bus No. 10, 28 to the Hotel-Tourist stop.
How to get to the hotel from the train station
From the stop "Railway station" by bus No. 18, 144 to the stop "Moskovskaya" on Sovetskaya Street, transfer to the stop "Moskovskaya" on Moskovskaya Street by bus No. 10, 28 to the stop "Hotel-Tourist".
How to get to the hotel from the central market
From the bus stop "Ts.market", located near the Beerlogovo restaurant on bus number 10 to the Tourist Hotel stop.
Is there a parking lot?
Free parking is available in front of the main entrance to the hotel. No advance booking is required.
Paid parking is located on the internal territory. The cost is 100 rubles per knock for a passenger car. 300 rubles per day for a truck or bus.
What documents are needed for the settlement of foreign citizens:
• a passport of a foreign citizen or other document established by federal law or recognized in accordance with an international treaty of the Russian Federation as an identity document of a foreign citizen.
• visa (if necessary)

We check each guest in the register of controlled persons.
What documents are needed when Russian citizens move in?
- passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation
- foreign passport
- birth certificate – for a person under the age of 14;

Starting from 09/01/2026, it is possible to check in with a digital ID via the MAX messenger.
How is the payment for the booking made?
There are 2 ways to pay for a reservation:
- Payment on the website. All accommodation is paid at once
- Payment upon check-in by bank card of any payment system or in cash. It is possible to pay for all accommodation at once, or to pay daily.
