International Children's Day is celebrated in many countries around the world. This holiday primarily reminds of the protection of the legitimate interests of every child, of the guarantee of the fundamental rights of minors, including the right to life, health, education, family well-being and protection from violence.
Tambov Young Guards organized a "Charging with a star" for children living in a temporary accommodation facility.
On the International Children's Day, the Master of Sports of Russia in judo, sambo and jiu-jitsu, the champion of Russia in universal combat Ekaterina Molodova held an outdoor training session with the guys. The exercise started with a warm-up, continued with "fun starts", and ended with a master class on sambo techniques for everyone.
"As you start the summer, you will spend it, so on the first day of summer we worked out cheerfully with the guys to recharge for the whole summer vacation. There was a sense of interest and great return from everyone, even the kids tried to perform complex exercises. It's great to be able to share experiences with the younger generation. And not just me. We have already agreed with the guys about the next training session," says Ekaterina
