More than 20 chefs from the AMAKS Hotels & Resorts chain gathered at the AMAKS resort in Ust-Kachka. Among them is our Sous chef Olga Buyanina. A team of experienced chefs deservedly won the intense battle.
And a record was set there - 2,326 servings of potatoes with bacon in cream were cooked... And everything was eaten by satisfied guests. Mmm.. It's a pity, of course, that we weren't there, but Olga has already returned to Tambov and is already preparing delicious dishes for us in the restaurant.
